KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") uyarınca, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla ŞanlıGenç uygulamasının geliştiricisi tarafından aşağıdaki hususlarda bilgilendirme yapılmaktadır.

1. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amacı
Ad-soyad, kullanıcı adı, e-posta, profil fotoğrafı, konum (izin verilmesi hâlinde) ve uygulama içi etkileşim verileri; üyeliğin oluşturulması, hizmetlerin sunulması, Genç Kart fırsatlarının ve etkinliklerin kişiye özel gösterilmesi, ŞanlıSosyal üzerinden diğer kullanıcılarla bağlantı kurulabilmesi ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla işlenmektedir.
2. İşlenen Verilerin Aktarılabileceği Taraflar ve Yurt Dışı Aktarım
Veriler, hizmetin sunulabilmesi için zorunlu olduğu ölçüde barındırma/veritabanı altyapı sağlayıcısı ile ve yasal zorunluluk hâlinde yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarıyla paylaşılabilir. Veriler pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü kişilere satılmaz veya kiralanmaz.
Uygulamanın barındırma/veritabanı altyapı sağlayıcısı (Supabase) tarafından veriler Almanya'da (Frankfurt) bulunan sunucularda saklanmaktadır. Bu, KVKK'nın 9. maddesi kapsamında yurt dışına kişisel veri aktarımı teşkil etmektedir. Bu aktarım, ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen uygun güvence mekanizmaları ve/veya kullanıcının açık rızası çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmektedir.
3. Kişisel Veri Toplamanın Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi
Veriler, Uygulamanın kullanımı sırasında elektronik ortamda; sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, açık rıza (konum ve kıvılcım paylaşımları gibi opsiyonel veriler bakımından) ve meşru menfaat hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak toplanmaktadır.
4. KVKK'nın 11. Maddesi Kapsamındaki Haklar
Kişisel verinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, KVKK'da öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, yapılan işlemlerin ilgili üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işlenme sebebiyle zarara uğranılması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme hakları saklıdır.
5. Başvuru
İşbu haklar; Profil > Hesabımı Sil / Hesap Ayarları üzerinden veya destek@sanligenc.com.tr adresi aracılığıyla kullanılabilir. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

This is an English-language summary of the disclosure notice required under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). As data controller, the developer of the ŞanlıGenç app provides the following information.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Full name, username, email, profile photo, location (when permission is granted), and in-app interaction data are processed to create the membership, provide the services, personalize Genç Kart deals and events, enable connecting with other users via ŞanlıSosyal, and fulfill legal obligations.
2. Parties Data May Be Transferred To, and International Transfer
Data may be shared with the hosting/database infrastructure provider to the extent necessary to provide the service, and with authorized public institutions where legally required. Data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is stored on servers located in Germany (Frankfurt) via the App's hosting/database infrastructure provider (Supabase). Under Turkish law this constitutes an international transfer of personal data under Article 9 of the KVKK. This transfer takes place within the appropriate safeguard mechanisms provided by applicable legislation and/or the user's explicit consent.
3. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Its Legal Basis
Data is collected electronically while using the App, based on the legal grounds of establishing and performing a contract, explicit consent (for optional data such as location and Kıvılcım posts), and legitimate interest.
4. Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
Under Turkish law, users have the right to: learn whether their personal data is being processed; request information about it if so; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if incomplete or inaccurate; request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK; request that these operations be notified to relevant third parties; object to a result arising against them from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and request compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.
5. How to Apply
These rights can be exercised via Profile > Delete Account / Account Settings, or by emailing destek@sanligenc.com.tr. Requests are resolved within 30 days at the latest.
